The sales staff were super helpful and friendly. I was a little bummed I couldn't get one free tan (one tan is $40!) just to make sure my skin would be ok, but overall I ended getting half off my first month of their best package. After signing up, my first tan went great and the bed was amazing. Can't wait to go back now that I have a month of their best package and take full advantage of the extras like the spray tans being included and the red light facial thing. Thanks so much! Very happy!

A great place to tan! Very clean, perfect location! Offering the latest products, spray tans, and great beds with red light therapy. Service is always wonderful allowing me to pause my membership anytime I want. Highly recommended!

I’ve been going to this location off and on since 2012 and consistently since 2021. It’s always super clean and friendly with great beds. However, I do find the lotions a little expensive but they do have sales, discounts, and “tan dollars” which in my opinion makes up for it. But as with everything at palm beach, you definitely get what you pay for. High quality beds, products, and high quality staff.

From the moment my mom and I took a tour of this place, it’s been a great experience. The staff is excellent — especially Terri — and everyone is always so friendly and welcoming with a smile on their face. The facility is very clean, and the beds are super clean, modern, and offer so many options to choose from. I also appreciate that they provide eye protection and a towel. My mom’s favorite part is that they actually open on time in the morning, which was not the case at the salon she used to go to. We’re both very happy we found this place and highly recommend it!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️‼️ I can’t say enough amazing things about LONGVIEW PBT! NOT all PBT are the same.!! Ive been an other locations in DFW area which includes Rockwall, Garland, & Mesquite… Longview is clean, friendly, consistent, helpful, acknowledgeable, & has great customer service. Every time I have walk in & out I am genuinely greeted. Every time I have a question they answer with knowledge not a practiced sales pitch.! They have the most updated beds which includes strong bulbs, Bluetooth and facial mister. The experience is enjoyable and relaxing. Rockwall is clean and updated. They also seem knowledgeable and helpful. The customer service was ok.. I haven’t been greeted every walk in/out. The beds arent nearly as updated or offer as many features as Longview. And me being from Longview location with different/better beds I didnt know how to work them nor was I shown how to… over all it wasnt a bad experience and this is the location I prefer to go to when I’m the Dallas area. Mesquite-sprayed tan only. The overall experience wasn’t remarkable.. It was clean. The customer was also ok. Spray tan came out as expected. Garland-spray tan only. They were outdated. The spray tan machine was old.. The cleaning feature was gimmicky so upon arrival it was still dirty and had left over spray tan from the person before. The employee ended up cleaning it with a towel. My spray tan also leaked during application I assume from the spray nozzle not functioning as it should. It didn’t created a fine even mist for an even application. Customer service was ok. Definitely will not be back to this location. Over all I can’t say enough great things about the Longview location. So glad I’m able to make that one my primary location.
